The chupacabras is a reptile that stands at about 1.2 meters and looks like a cross between an iguana and a monkey. It is bipedal and coarse hair covers its scaly green hide. It lives in tropical forests of the Caribbean League.
Its body tissue shows a pattern similar to the HMHVV strain, and may be responsible for why the creature feeds on blood. It feeds mostly on cattle and goats, hence its moniker, but it has been known to attack metahumans in isolated locations.
