Manuel Torres is a painter from Caracas who is known for his large-scale murals (similar in style to Diego Rivera) and for being on the board of the Draco Foundation. He is well-known in northern Amazonia, and is credited with painting a mural of Amazonia for Maria Locasin (the translator for the Great Dragon Hualpa) in 2053. He also is known for making religious trinkets of high quality, included enchanted talisman. It is rumored that he is a shaman or an artist adept of some sort.
