The menu at Nyen Lang is a collection of Mongolian and Tibetan soy dishes. The uninitiated are often disappointed by the exotic Tibetan dishes because its base ingredient, half-curdled goat's milk, is definitely an acquired taste. The first-class restaurant also features a magic show by the owner and his assitants, in which the fierce figures of the Tibetan mandala come to life. You may not care for the food, but the show is one of a kind.
