Ursus piasma
The Piasma bear is a well-developed predator originating from its non-Awakened progenitor, the American black bear (Ursus americanus). Resembling a large version of its cousin, it prefers strength over speed, and it has a pair of powerful tusks that it uses much like a boar's. Unlike it's progenitor, however, the piasma is a strict carnivore, hunting live prey and has been known to attack metahumans and drag their carcasses back to their lairs.
PIASMA
This non-territorial carnivore descended from the black bear can reach a height of 1.5 meters at the shoulder, a length of 3 meters, and a weight of more than 600 kilograms. The piasma prefers its prey alive, but it often survives by scavenging the garbage metahumans leave behind.
