Lycosa saltator' Edytuj

Tarantellas are the Awakened cousins of the European tarantula (Lycosa narbonensis). They grow to an average body length of 20 centimeters, with a leg span of 35 centimeters. The segmented body sports a row of spines along the back, and the coloration ranges from dark brown to brown-black.

Tarantellas are known for their complex "crabwalk" mating rituals and for their poisonous venom, which induces choreaform spastic movements (local folklore calls this the "Tarantella's Dance"). They live mostly on a diet of small worms, insects, small birds, and lizards.

Tarantellas live in a wide variety of damp land terrains across the European continent.
