The 162s are a gang based in Seattle.
The gang was named after a ghoul protection legislation called Special Order 162 (The legislation was quickly rescinded). The gang is a ghoul only gang that operate in Redmond under the Blood Red and Brown colors.
They have a profitable relationship with Tamanous' organ legging business. They will prowl the Barrens looking for victims. Healthy victims become "volunteer donor" to Tamanous and the rest are dinner.[1] The gang is now active in the city of Chicago, where it is affiliated with theGhoul Liberation League.[2]
