The Adjusters are a type of Wuxing employee.
The Adjuster position is a relatively new position in the Wuxing Finance Division. Adjusters are responsible for "adjusting" or "fixing" dud assets or bad accounts, using whatever means necessary. If a recent acquisition has been losing money and it's better to burn it down for the insurance, then they will adjust it. If someone talented accepts a job offer from a rival company instead of Wuxing, they will adjust that too. If one of their employees is discovered to be embezzling, then said individual will be adjusted (fired or killed).[1]
