The Batistas are a Cuban Mafia family operating in the Caribbean League.

The Batistats share turf in the Caribbean League with the Gambiones. Since the reign of Don Raul "Sugarcane" Batista, the two families have been major powers within the Caribbean League.

It is a magic-heavy crime family, one of only two in the American Mafia. Which is due to Don Raul "Sugarcane" Batista incorporating various Voodoo cults and their magical power into his family.

In the beginning 2070th they are led by Don Miguel "Smoke" Batista. Their matrix regime is led by a capo called Juan-Juan Vasquez.
