The Busines Recognition Accords or BRA were submitted of governments of the world by the Corporate Court in 2043. They define minimal rights to be granted by local authorities to AA megacorporations and AAA prime megacorporations usually refered to by the term of extraterritoriality. Sovereign governments can grant additional rights to those corporations, or similar rights to other corporations. The signing governments also recognize the Corporate Court as the arbitral body to settle dispute with said corporations.
A majority of governments of the world have signed the BRA. Those who did not include Amazonia, Aztlan, Manchuria, Tir na nOg, Tir Tairngire and Yakut.
