List of organized criminal underworlds and crime syndicates which are led by metahumans (crime lord or they are included in the inner circle) and actively recruit among metahumans and/or they heavily recruit metahumans (and promote them) which has resulted in metahumans being the majority in their underworld or syndicate or, they form its power base.
