Cavalier Arms Limited is a firearms design and manufacturing company.

Cavalier Arms produced weapons using nanoforges.

In 2073, Cavalier Arms offered to supply the Mojave Rattlers Desert Wars team with arms. The weapons disintegrated spectacularly in a key match versus the underdog Ares Delta Dogs. Instead of a heavy resistance, the Delta Dogs met defenders holding malfunctioning weapons, or tending serious face and hand injuries. /dev/grrl investigated Cavalier's systems, and believed that residual nanites left in the weapons for diagnostic or repair purposes may have been the cause. Cavalier itself at the time didn't know if this was a planned hack, or a latent bug.[1]
