Chai Chai Feng is the Dragonhead of the 289's Triad.
Chai Chai Feng (aka CeeCee), a woman is the Shan Chu (Dragonhead) of the 289s. She scammed her way up the ladder, rising to the top of the Triad at the remarkable young age of 28. No one in the Triad has a problem with her leadership. As long as the Triad grows and profits, they will accept her reign over the Triad.[1]
