Chengdu is a city in Sichuan.
The city of Chengdu has been the Sichuanese capital for approximately 2,400 years. The city has a dynamic shadow community, involved in espionage and politics as in any other major capital. Military intelligence is more prominent in the city than conventional political intrigue. Baihu Technologies which is based in the Canton Confederation had made lots of money supplying weapons to the warlords that were warring for control of Sichuan in the 2030s and continues to have military contracts for artillery and tanks with the ruling regime. The government is executing an ambitious project to restore and rebuild the ancient monuments and areas that were damaged or destroyed in the previous 20 years of fighting.[1]
