Chiao is an adult male Eastern Dragon, dwelling in the Republic of China.
He is a major shareholder of Tan Tien as well as the leader of the Red Lotus Triad. Like all Eastern Dragons he is a powerful magic user and he has a court of fanatically loyal shamans, that follow the Dragon totem. He also is a known traditionalist and seems to be a bit paranoid. Chiao has a head which is the size of a horse and meter long claws.
