Chiao is an adult male Eastern Dragon, dwelling in the Republic of China.
He is a major shareholder of Tan Tien as well as the leader of the Red Lotus Triad. Like all Eastern Dragons he is a powerful magic user and he has a court of fanatically loyal shamans, that follow the Dragon totem. He also is a known traditionalist and seems to be a bit paranoid. Chiao has a head which is the size of a horse and meter long claws.
He has an enimity with the eastern dragon Li from Singapore and the Korean dragon Mang, that calls Seoul its home. This feud is the consequence of machinations of the Great Dragon Ryumyo during the struggle for the Four Coins of Luck, that were mentioned in Dunkelzahn's last will.
