The Chong-Pak-Pa is a Yakuza syndicate based in Washington, FDC.
The Chong-Pak-Pa is a Yakuza faction whose members were mostly Korean in the 2050s. It grew concerned about the increasing obsession with bloodline purity among the other Yakuzas. The syndicate would get into turf wars with either Mafia or with one of its Yakuza rivals (Matsui-gumi, Fudo-rengo, and Sessho-gumi). It made sure to keep the violence mostly restricted to those in the criminal underworld.[1]
