The Constantinople Vory are the Vory syndicates in the city-state of Constantinople.
The Vory have been in Constantinople for a very long time, as far back as when it was Istanbul and Turkey was part of NATO. They have a virtual stranglehold on the Black Sea and shipments going north from Constantinople well often disappear and later end up in a Russian or Ukrainian port. The Vory's main focus in the city though is to counter the influence of the Alta Commissione and the Grey Wolves. The current Tzar of the Vory in the city is a veteran of the Central Asian wars, Iosef Petrov.[1]
