Count Wratilas Greif

	Wratilas Greif is an influntial count of Pomorya who rules the city of Vineta. He is especially popular among younger elves. Part of his power base is rumored to be his ties to the elven kingdom of Tír na nÓg. He is also a proponent of organic foods and destroys all non-organic foods shipped into the duchy.
