According to shadowtalk, the Dawkins Group consists of a group of powerful social adepts who infiltrate organizations for the sole purpose of propagating or destroying memes or memeplexes. They are rumored to be on par with the Renraku Red Samurai and the Tir Ghosts, in terms of eliteness and covert operations.
The members of the Dawkins Group are undocumented and are not a recognized division of Horizon. As far as official channels are concerned, the Dawkins Group does not exist.
