DeMeKo is short for Deutsche Medien- und Kommunikations-AG ("German Media and Communications Corporation").
DeMeKo is the parent company of over 1,200 newspapers, newsfaxes, TV studios, SimSense and radio stations. DeMeKo owns shares in about 40% of all media companies in the AGS and several abroad. Any media in the widest meaning is part of DeMeKo's business, from books to comics and newspapers to music and hardcore porn.
In 2065 DeMeKo entered a strategic alliance with Saeder-Krupp and began a massive PR campaign for S-K's new Wireless Matrix system in Hamburg - Germany's first.
