The Dicemen is a gang based in the city of Houston in Texas.
The Dicemen are a gang from a Latino neighborhood that has produced two teenage chess prodigies. One is Juan Jesus Diaz who was a chess grandmaster at age 16 and became a star with his photogenic looks and rough, aggressive personality. He would go on to become a world chess champion. The other one is Christine Anderson, a female Otaku who was being mentored by Juan Jesus Diaz and at age 16 defeated Damien Knight.
When Juan Jesus Diaz was a teenager the Dicemen were a poor gang whose members couldn't afford guns and usually died at the end of blade. A decade later, the gang had cyberware, guns, and money. They were now the meanest gang in Houston.[1][2]
