Domingo Chavez is a former judge of Aztechnology at the corporate court. He also is - or was - a powerfull magican (but not a blood mage), and therefor avoided visiting Zurich Orbital personally if possible. After Mr. Darke got missing, he and Motecuhzoma seem to feud over the remains of Blood Mage Gestalt.
