The Dragon Tong is a syndicate that was based in Los Angeles.
The Dragon Tong was based inside "El Infierno".[1] Which was a walled of region of Los Angeles (Gardena, Hawthorne, and Compton).[2] It was a hellhole filled with gangs and slums which was cordoned off, ignored by civil services, and quarantined by the police.[3]
Any territory that the Dragon Tong firmly controlled inside this cage, it would have been the defacto government and law, as it was with other gangs inside El Infierno.[1] It's status after the earthquake and floods of 2069 is unknown.[4]
