The Dragon under the Sea Triad is based at Mariel Bay (Cuba) in the Caribbean League.
The Triad is the newest crime syndicate to arrive in Cuba. Rather than compete with the Mafia in the gambling and drugs markets, they developed the BTL and counterfeit goods markets in Cuba. With their successful recruitment drive in Chinatown, they are now firmly established in Cuba.[1]
