The El Hassan Ring is a smuggling ring in Morocco.
The El Hassan Ring is the oldest and largest smuggling organization in Morocco. Which dates back to 1989 when it started as a group of opium smugglers. Led by El Hassan they diversified into human trafficking and illegal weapons. In the "Smuggler War" of 2031, El Hassan defeated four other smuggling rings becoming the Mediterranean's top operation.
His grandson El Hassan III, radically restructured the organization after taking over in 2069. After he sold his vessels to the most loyal of his captains, he bought various key docks at Casablanca, Safi, and Al Hoceima. Establishing El Hassan Holdings, LLC which is seen as a legitimate company, receiving national and local support.[1]
