Enrique "Pretty Boy" Martinez is the former President of the Caribbean League.
He is the youngest son of Lady Guadalupe Martinez, born in 2023. He became President of the Caribbean League in 2047 after his mother stepped down as president due to failing health issues. Under his rule he attempted to annex several League islands in to Cuba, and attempted to make deals with a few mega corporations. These were seen as betrayals to his mother's Neo-communist ideals, and in 2052 his brother, Carlos was attempting to run against him for presidency. Unfortunately, his brother was lost at sea and never heard from again.
In 2067, Carlos's son, Ray, attempted to run against Enrique and won, but due to the fact that Enrique suffered a fatal accident and died.
