The Feretti Family is an Italian crime family based in Italy.
The Feretti are the most powerful clan in the Sicilian Mafia. It's capo has served as the capo di tutti capi of the Cupola (the governing council of the Sicilian Mafia) for over three decades. The chairman of the European Mafia's ruling Alta Commissione has also been of the Feretti family since its founding in 2046 by Don Lucio Feretti. Currently it is Don Camillo Spinelli who leads the family, the Cupola, and the Alta Commissione.
