The Four Winds is a Triad based in Cambodia. It was founded by Naga, has its stronghold in Phnom Penh, and is warring with the Cambodian crime lords for control of the underworld.[1] Half of the members are Awakened and of the remainder the majority are metahumans. The Four Winds is focused on mysticism.[2] The Triad is active in a variety of criminal activities but it's main source of income is in the trade of drugs from the Golden Triangle.[3]
