Fuzhou is a city in the Canton Confederation.
The city of Fuzhou was a center of support for the separatists who attempted to break away from Canton to unite with Taiwan. Among its older generations there is bitterness and resentment at their defeat by the Canton Confederation. Fuzhou receives significant investment by Wuxing and other corporations, which is preventing the younger generations from becoming rebellious like their predecessors. It's also the location of one of the Confederation's main naval bases.[1]
