The Ganges is a holy river in India and traces one of the strongest manalines of the Sixth World.
Inconsistencies[]
- Shadows of Asia names 2011 as the year the Ganges awakened, but then gives the 12th of January 2012 as the precise date. This latter date is also found in the Sixth World Almanac. (soa p.53 Infobox India Timeline -- soa p.62, swa p.23)
- The Sixth World Almanac contends that the Awakening of the Ganges in January 2012 coincides with the Hindu Diwali festival. But the festival is actually held in October and November of that year. (swa p.23)
