Garland is a district in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex.
Garland is a district in the northeast of the metroplex. It used to be a suburb, now it's a stronghold of trolls and orks. The apartment complexes and stores cater virtually exclusively to the trogs. Most of it was in poor repair in the 2050s. The wealthier trolls and orks had private walled houses which were by Lake Ray Hubbard. They were heavily fortified and their community was heavily patrolled.
