The Giannini family is an Italian syndicate based in the city of Naples in Italy.
The Giannini crime family is one of the Neapolitan clans. Though it is nowhere near to being the richest or most powerful in the Camorra, historically it has stayed out of the blood feuds and power struggles among the Neapolitan families. Because of that reputation it was chosen to represent the Camorra on the Alta Commission.
