Graciela Riveros

Graciela Riveros was a high-ranking member of the Olaya Cartel.

Overview

Graciela Riveros was one of the few women who have become successful in the Ghost Cartels. Graciela is twice as devious and ruthless as her male competitors. She earned the moniker of "The Maker" due to the biotech and genemod work she had done for her own company (Riveros Applied Mimetics ). A blonde beauty in her twenties whom is stunning partly because of the use of her company's biosculpting techniques and genetherapies. Graciela supplied the Olaya Cartel with most of its BADs, and is the only one privy to the secrets of tempo's production.

Ghost Council Massacre

During the Tempo-Drug War, she was at the Ghost Council summit in Los Angeles. The Aztech strike team had orders to kill as many of the Ghost Cartel leaders as possible and to capture Graciela. The first part they did perfectly, nearly wiping out the leadership of the Ghost Cartels. After knocking Graciela out, she got up without being revived by an outside source. Gabriela was helped by the fact that she was possessed by a powerful free nature spirit whom had forged a partnership with her. She slayed several of the strike team and escaped. The spirit's name is Yaje, who also possessed unwilling Tempo addicts. Joining forces with Riveros, they sent shadowrunners into Amazonia to destroy the gameleira torcida tree that Yaje posseses, to free her from the spirit cabal which is the true power behind Tempo.

David Cartel

To save what remains of the Olaya Cartel and prevent the seizure of his corporation KondOrchid, Salazar betrays Riveros to the David Cartel. With a team of shadowrunners, Gabriela flees to her base of operations in Caracas where she was the local Oyala Cartel boss. Running out of options as she is being hunted by a Aztech strike team, Ghost Cartels, and Interpol she has her shadowrunner team arrange a meeting with the David Cartel. Gabriel Riveras and Yaje make a deal with Domingo Ramos and she leaves South America with them, to work for the David Cartel and Aztechnology. Afterwards it was reported that she was dead as a burned body in her villa was confirmed by Aztechnology and Interpol to be her's. It's reported that it was a lie, she is not dead and is actually working for Aztechnology.
