Hai Feng was the Dragonhead of the Denver branch of the White Lotus Society.
Hai Feng at nearly 70 years old was still running the Denver branch of the White Lotus in 2073 (having been it's Lodgemaster since at least 2058). He is a physical adept and a kung fu master of the crane-style.
Due to his mystical powers, his physical abilities are enhanced and he looks youthful with a long mustache and a head full of peppered black hair. He once kicked right off its hinges a heavy security door.
He had been training new recruits for 20 years, both in personal combat and wetwork. His best students received special weapons like camouflaged grenades (hidden in commlinks) and monowire garrotes.[1][2]
