History[]
When China broke apart into the warlord states the remaining hardline communists decamped to Henan.[1]
Invaded and occupied the neighbouring province of Shaanxi in 2062.
Politics[]
Governed by a Neo-Communist regime.
Run by a Neo-Communist government. Invaded neighbouring Shaanxi province. Were preparing to invade Shandong but Lung's intervention at Tai Shan blocked it.[2]
Being hostile to corporations it has attracted a number of anti-corporate policlubs and is believed to provide anti-corporate terrorists with covert support. Among the extremists that have found sanctuary in Henan and have training facilities are GreenWar and the Sons of Sauron.[3]
Culture[]
The province is home to the Shaolin Temple- birthplace of Zen Buddhism, the Zhungyue Temple- one of the earliest Taoist temples and the Shonyang Academy.[4]
