Jingqi Chou-Tsen is the prince of the Kingdom of Shaanxi.

Jingqi Chou-Tsen is the son of Queen Michelle Chou and the official heir to the Kingdom of Shaanxi. By 2064 he was 23 years of age and being groomed to take over the throne once his mother abdicates or dies.^[1] In 2068, he was killed in an assassination attempt on his mother.<rerf>o34954845Sixth World Almanac p.130</ref>
