Lille
Lille is one of the largest cities in France . It is a high place for smuggling and counterfeiting. The city is a stronghold of the Vory Batoukhtina but Piotr Wienskelas has set up a rival syndicate made up of minority criminal factions.
In 2071 , following blackmail by the corporation on France, the latter granted them total extraterritoriality in Lille. More than half of the complex metro now belongs to the corpos (Saeder-Krupp , Regulus Joint Industries , ESUS and Zeta-ImpChem in the lead).
