The Lucifer is a gang based in city of Bremen in the AGS
The Lucifer gang is one of the most powerful gangs in the flooded slum of Kattenturm. It waged a devastating war with it's rival the Freezer gang, in which military hardware was used (e.g. mortars). When the violence accidentally spread to downtown, it led to an intervention by the German military. Which forced the two rivals and other smaller gangs to join forces against the soldiers. The slum was devastated and the gangs came out greatly weakened by their losses.
