The Lukowski are a Polish crime syndicate based in the Allied German States.
The Lukowski crime family broke away for the Gargari Organizatsi in 2043 after the incarceration of Pyotr Gargari. It was established by one of his former lieutenants and the family joined the Mafia under the Italian Gasperi family. During the 2060s they had criminal operations in the German states of Saxony and Thuringia in eastern Germany. In the German underworld they were an insignificant player. After Pyotr Gargari got out of prison, he waged war in 2064 against the Gasperi and the factions which had deserted his organizatsi. Among the many killed was the leader of the Lukowski.
