The Mafia-Muslim War was a drug war between the European Mafia and two Muslim crime syndicates in 2071.
In the year 2071, the Albanian Fares and the Arabic Al-Akhirab Aswad Mayid syndicate agreed to distribute the Olaya Cartel's Tempo. From their bases in Cairo (Egypt) and Istanbul (Turkey), the two syndicates smuggled the Tempo into France, Portugal, Italy, and Spain. Which set off a war as the Mafia was determined to prevent the distribution of Tempo as it would compete with their drug trade and undermine their power, so battles between the Mafia and the two Muslim syndicates exploded across the Mediterranean states of western Europe.[1][2]
