Marietta is a district in the Atlanta metroplex.
Marietta is a suburb in Atlanta northwest. It's where most of the Japanacorps that arrived to Atlanta in the early 21st century established themselves. Whom were then followed by Japanese immigrants who've turned whole neighborhoods mostly Japanese. They prefer high-rise condominiums unlike the Anglo residents who prefer house-like homes. By the 2050s, the high rises were squeezing out the residential suburbs, and due to the difference in property taxes paid between the two had resulted in racial strife. Hateful policlubs were established in Marietta. The children then followed their parents' lead and refuse to associate with those outside of their respective ethnic group. Ethnic gangs were formed and began to wage war against each other.
