The Medellin Cartel is a crime syndicate based in the city of Medellín.
The Medellin Cartel is one of the smaller Ghost Cartels. Wars between the Medellin Cartel and the David Cartel for control of the black market and illicit drug market often erupts in the city.[1]
NOTE: It is not clear if it is the same Medellin Cartel that was one of the original founders of the "ORO Corporation" (the predecessor of Aztechnology) or if it is a new syndicate which became known as the Medellin Cartel after the old one was absorbed into Aztechnology or the David Cartel.
