The Metroplex Hall - also called Charles Royer Building - is a 30 story, green glass structure (named after Charles Royer, the 48th mayor of Seattle, Washington in 1978) that houses the municipal offices of Seattle, and the Governor's Office. Out front, it features two statues; one of Chief Sealth, for whom the city of Seattle is named, and one of Charles Lindstrom, first governor of Seattle.
