The son of Samba Oi, of Mitsuhama, Michizane Oi is an elf who spent at least three decades (since 2072 ) in Newark working for the Green Serpent Guard of the Nagato Combine, and is beleived to be trained as Ninja. He is the head of the Inagawa-kai.
Michizane Oi was offered to the Green Serpent Guard and sent away at a time when having metahuman offspring had grave consequences.
