Mitch Kapor is one of the cofounders of the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF).[1]
The EFF started a pirate internet host called, the Egg in the 1990's. Which was in constant attack by the NSA. After the Crash Virus of 2029, the Egg and presumably the EFF were no more.
Some time after the crash, Mitch moved to Denver and founded the Denver Data Haven. He died sometime before 2058 (the exact date is unknown). However rumors persist that Mitch actually didn't die, but somehow became a ghost in the machine , and still manages and helps maintain the Denver Data Haven.
