The N'drangheta-SCU War was a mob war between the Calabrian N'drangheta and the Sacra Corona Unita from the 2030s-2046 .
The war between the two Italian criminal organizations started because some religiously devout Catholic bosses of the Calabrian N'drangheta went to war against the Sacra Corona Unita due to their reluctance to break off relations with their longtime Muslim business partners and allies (the Grey Wolves and the Albanian Fares).
It was a war in which they almost destroyed each other. The war was ended in 2046 by the actions of the newly created Alta Commissione of the recently unified European Mediterranean crime syndicates, whom intervened. Sacra Corona Unita ended its relationship with the Albanians, but was able to bring the Grey Wolves into the Commissione.[1]
