Naheka is a feathered serpent who serves the Great Dragon Ryumyo on Hawai'i.
On the orders of Ryumyo, he took over the ALOHA terrorist organization in Hawai'i and has been controlling it from behind the scenes.[1] He then shattered the Saiki-rengo in Australia. Since 2066, he has controlled the Naheka-rengo and has led the Sumiyoshi-kai in their fight with Masaru's Huk. Under his direction it has been turned into a Yakuza that is unlike any other and though small has combat abilities possessed by no other Yakuza group.[2]
