Natalya Mnouchkine was the boss of a Vory syndicate based in the city of Marseille.

Natalya Mnouchkine came from a multi-generational Vory family. Natalya joined her father's organization, quickly rising up the ranks through murders and her involvement in the syndicate's operations. She inherited organizatsi after her father's murder whose death she avenged. Serving as her deputy was her devoted, loyal brother Sergei who is a violent mage.

Natalya saw an opportunity in Marseilles and relocated to the southern French city. Upon her arrival in Marseilles, she focused her syndicate on the drug and arms rackets, and used her strong ties with the Paris Organizatsi. She was a strong, athletic woman in her 40s who was deadly in combat. Natalya loved guns and practiced her skills on prisoners, traitors, etc. She was cold-blooded, sarcastic, and had a talent for business and numbers. A natural born leader who knew how to arouse the loyalty of her men and how trust to her people. She lost her life during the Tempo-Drug War.
