Nicole Fernandez was the mayor of San Francisco during the 2060's. After the fallout of Protectorate-General Saito she was able to blackmail the Japanacorps to pay for the reconstruction and expand the San Francisco Sprawl to contain most of the Bay Area. She was assassinated shortly after uniting the Bay Area Sprawl and acquiring the Japanascorp funding.
Rumor had it that she had a rare type of cancer that would have killed her within the year. So she martyred herself to unite San Francisco during the rebuilding.
She was succeeded by, Greg Capito.
