Novatech, headquartered in Boston, Massachussetts, UCAS is the second largest corporation in the UCAS. It was founded in November 2059 by the merger of Villiers International and Cambridge Holdings, who both constituted an important pool of computer technologies and aerospace companies during the wave of streamlinings initiated by Fuchi Americas in North America in the late 2050s. Most suspect Richard Villiers, at the time president/CEO of Fuchi Industrial Electronics and head of the american division as well as main shareholder of Villiers International, to have engineered the situation on purpose of building Novatech. Richard Villiers is the single largest shareholder of Novatech with a 65% stake.
